I didn't record it because, at the time, I thought his word was good. Now, I think he's a sociopath.

On the other board, I know that zpaul was in touch with a cadre of pissed off shareholders preparing to file a complaint with the SEC, about this and a few other things. They're the ones who recorded Kays press release interviews. And kept copies of deceptive emails and other announcements.

Plus, I was sent a copy of the email that Kay sent to a select group of major SFOR investors, offering them a private deal before that r/s.

I want to stress that I'm not part of any formal complaint group. I view it strictly as a caveat emptor thing and take responsibility for my own misreading of the situation, despite the CEO's repeated prevarications.
