Not asking his opinion on the STOCK, but it would be nice if he elaborated a little on the actual lawsuit, as opposed to just reading from the brief--I believe we can all read pretty well, and have decent reading comprehension that was gained in 3rd grade, for most of us. Not giving some sort of opinion and elaborating/expanding on the filing/brief is more or less completely worthless, imo.
