I get what your saying but many people easily misinterpret legal documents for implying more than what they mean. Although stocks (especially micro penny stocks) are extremely speculative it would be tragic for someone to base that speculation on misinterpretation because they didn't understand what in essence is being said in the legal scheme of things. Legal documents can be confusing to some and it would be sad to invest in something that you are confused about.
