However do not think so .. I would like to think Audited.. But I know that this disclosure TIME PERIOD is only through 12/30/2020 , so there is no way it can be fully audited.

But it is coming .. PCAOB is close. And now that they have redisclosed this multiple times , this is about as close as it gets ONLY through the end of December 2020.

That is why I can not wait to see what has been done, going on , changed from Jan 1, 2021 through March 31, 2021.... Lets GO !

The heading of the financial statement issued by ENZC on March 29th Page No.F-1 CLEARLY SHOWS UNAUDITED.
Even the sign off lawyer shows the 2020 and 2019 financials as UNAUDITED.
