OK..if the stock was around .20 and thats when they did the PP then its not as bad as it looks...on the flip side 1.7 million in working capitol will also help...and its money from insiders..that does say something...cant Sevu not issue all the Shares?? Now that the share price has gone up and some buyers have yet to pay...I think the price they pay should also go up...if they have the right to back out..then Sevu should also....I could live with 5 or 10 million more shares if it gets us the money to get the job done....but 17 million..thats a bit much...even if its going to take 2 or 3 years for them to come out...bigbizz

TA, PP's prices are based on average...

of close of trading over several trading weeks, usually no less than 3... Now, I wouldn't be surprised if I found out that your Dad was behind the merciless slaughter of SEVU price over a 2 months period, to drive the share price so low, that it would warrant putting out a 17 milion shares PP at the LOWEST POSSIBLE PRICE....

From the 11th June to the 22nd June, the price average over these 10 days is 30 cents, yet 10 cents was picked... Go explain to the JUDGE the RAPE of the SEVU shareholders...

Hopefully, the SEC will also investigate that, along with his alleged offshore accounts...
