Nice to hear another voice of reason, zagdad.

I like the point about who we would rather have investing cash into the company, outsiders or insiders.

And the point about the stock being at 20 cents, it seems very possible that the PP was done then, as Seahag suggested earlier.

Haven't we all learned what jumping the gun and waving RED FLAGS can do around here!!! Pretty soon I am gonna have to associate FG with A@P if this pace keeps up - DON'T REPORT THE TRUTH WITHOUT THE FACTS
