yea an RS is only bad when a co. is diluting and runs out of the ability to dump more, this RS will be small, solely for the purpose of meeting the min. price requirement to uplist thats it period end of story. They dont need cash, if they do, there are many other ways to get it, once they are listed. No brainer here none atall.
