I half think you should need an amateur racing license to buy the new 'vette - most people have no clue how to handle that much car - I used to do some racing, but reasonably sure I'd wreck the vette too, way too much torque for a rear wheel drive car unless it has tons of driver aids to prevent spin outs during turns (my pref would be AWD). Not like I have to worry about it, I don't fit into any of those supercars to start with, never seen one made to fit someone 6'2", and I could never justify spending that much money for something that isn't a daily driver. BTW, no way in hell my wife or especially MIL gets to drive MY car! They can have their own to smash up.
