Just a nice place with a few bedrooms, windows for the cats and a few bird feeders for entertainment, and a spot for my litter robot..... someplace to disappear to from time to time....that I can get before the interest rates really start to rocket. Unfortunately this past year has resulted in higher prices and homes disappearing as soon as they hit the market. A year ago just as covid was setting in....was perfect.
Meh - just give me enough to pay for one of the two homes I already own and to fix up the residence - new roof, windows, HVAC, bathrooms.... I'm golden.
