That really has no bearing with him as CEO running this company. He is a man of his word, as seen with the last filing as he promised. Plus one would need to read the hearing statements from each individual and Henry from which you are referring. I have read them and still have utmost faith in the man.

Well vetted topic the fund managers are overseeing the entire account. This is why Henry can’t withdrawal and only deposit. This is why financials are required to get access to the money. Once the projects start the fund managers will release the money to the projects.

In regards to your post below... took the time tonight to read/research the references and articles from your post. Honestly, I have to give it to you regarding the ability to scope the documentation and resources. I must say this information was very enlightening, intriguing, and factual. Learned and understand much more than I knew after reading and digging deeper on this topic.

Let's hope $PHIL/Henry has much more Business/Personal Integrity than other OTC companies out there. Hoping he executes all his business strategies and brings value to $PHIL/shareholders.

Maybe he's changed maybe not, but FINRA banned him for life. So I think he is using Luxembourg to pour others money into his accounts.
