Being “confident” about TLD timing is the first mistake.

the idea that NWBO management would not dare to organize an ASM + request for an increase of authorized shares without a serious outlook on TLD eludes me.

They would just simply state that without they will cease to exist (aka blackmail) and everyone will vote yes.

Hope Im wrong and we will see TLD soon...
