I disagree. If LP announces an ASM date I am confident we will see topline prior to. She needs shares and it would be an uphill battle to convince even the most ardent supporters to give her more shares to sell without topline. She would never put herself in that spot. Now, she may announce ASM date in June for all I know. But she does have to have one.

For my part, I think an ASM announcement could come before TLD, but there will eventually be a proxy filed, and it stands to reason that it will be filed three or more weeks before the actual ASM date.

And when the proxy is filed, voting can commence. So I would think, and I could be wrong (and I certainly have been plenty of times), that TLD would come before the proxy is filed.
