???? How can anyone think there’s MM manipulation today with such low volume? We are a forgotten stock right now. If NWBO chooses not to file on time (again) tonight, we’ll sink deeper into the memory hole abyss. Quarters, years and perhaps a decade of late filings seems more like an infamous self-inflicted trademark than anything else. Incapable of filing on time? I doubt it. Unwilling? ....
