Great research. Since NDSU is part of a conglomerate of Inventors, the CHS is already patented! In order for CRTG to produce this CHS material, they have to arrange a meeting to discuss terms! Just practical things by nature, but is of utmost importance to investors!
By showing the Chemistry abstract of the stuff, are you saying or intimating that CRTG has a Patent application on it, or is that the original patent Technical specs? CRTG can't do what they wish to do, they have to go through the channels provided for the legal situation they are in!
I would wish that the Patent shown was CRTGs, but I am still leery as the group of Investors shown just preceded that Description of the Patented CHS material, and might be attributed to them? I am interested only in what CRTG has on the table right now, and the legality of what they are doing! All the other stuff is superfluous to the investing issue, which is what are the guys and gals doing now, and how far along they are in? I know they have a couple of uninteresting products, but can the CHS product make them more dynamic in character?
