I am not disputing what you are saying. I am disputing your agreement with Elk's assertation that PVDG chose Wyoming to scam people.

My family owns a corporation in Wyoming (cattle ranch) so I am well aware of the financial benefits of not only doing business here, but living here as well.

It is just disingenuous to cherry pick that one situation, while leaving out all of the others. Wyoming is the best state in the country by far to do business. For many reasons other than just scamming people with unlimited shares.
