In actual fact the regilators SEC/FINRA have been after and listed Delaware,Nevada and Wyoming as the top three worst States for the public to obtain proper information about public companies.
My businesses generate 10's of millions a year so I understand the benefits in certain state's. There are other states with good benefits that don't allow unlimited shares. Having the option alone is unsettling.
In my experience having options like that are unnecessary unless one plans to exercise those options at a future time.
There is no trust in business, trust is a contract and knowing what every party is allowed to do and don't do.
I like facts and nothing else. Good or bad.
I won't bring it up again, have too many shares here. Just don't like what I'm smelling is all.
