SCAMydx does love to run...investors out of money. Straight to their personal bank with investor funds, never to return again. SCAMydx SOP!
Yazbeck also does a lot of running back and forth to court and his attorney. Which is odd that investor funds are being used to cover those expenses, since he quit working for SCAMydx.
Not sure why investors would not discourage a non-employee using company funds for a legal defense.
But those are not questions which gullible investors targeted by scams like SCAMydx typically have the capabilities to ask.
