SNPW stated "delays" on the NT 10k:

"The Registrant is unable to complete its audit and preparation of its Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2020 in a timely matter because of unanticipated delays."

I suggest you take up the concern of using "delay" directly with SNPW. Good luck. PS I have no issue with the word delay. Seems appropriate to me.
