Unanticipated can be negative too :) Any negative connotation is just because it's late and no one "likes" late. They're within their legal means to do so.
Now, I won't let go the issue of no information on that Chase deal. Either it was a lie or they should have just kept their mouth shut if they couldn't give us anything more than that. I'm actually glad their twitter has been silent, enough of the BS.
