It is valid. This stuff takes time, The only mistake that Kent has made so far was saying he expected to be on Nasdaq within 2 weeks at the shareholders meeting. But most companies applications are taking around 12 weeks to process. Add to it that ALPP is a holdings company with 9 subsidiaries that need to be vetted as well. This stock isn’t a quick flip for majority of people it’s a 2 year hold.
