I get what you are saying but the legal definition of insider trading is the only one that ultimately matters. We'll disagree here and hopefully in the end none of this will even matter.

Legal vs ethical...
I also do not think there is a legal issue with Marker,although I can name 5 securities litigation firms. With any of them, who knows the future?

But regarding ethical... this company does not communicate like so many other bios. It has not been transparent and yet there is nothing anyone can do about it.

But, one might look at ethical behavior posts over at Yahoo..
Caution thrown to the wind: never try to catch a falling knife.. masked as " I intend to average down." Yea right... just pushing the dumb to buy.

Or, ' this company is on the verge of greatness.... but no data given, because there is none.

Or, the new lab will be generating big profits. In truth, it is necessary to produce safe and reliable materials for clinical trials.

Or, the CSO quoting is the kiss of death.. hardly...

Honestly.... I no longer have a real clue and Sherlock is not to be seen.
