I take it this is the statement you are disappointed with?

There were 5 press releases issued in both January and February of this year and 2 so far in March with expectations of another 3 in the remaining 3 weeks of the month

If so - why the disappointment? They are unaffiliated with the company and made a projection that maybe didn't pan out. Am I understanding you correctly?
