Don't worry about those, dollar wise they aren't anything to think twice about.

HGEN added 100M shares to their O/S between January 2020 and their R/S. KAVL management has added 10M. The unrestricted has grown because of legacy insiders IMO, but KAVL itself, has only issued 10M shares. After the R/S, that's 2M or less shares.
