Warrants ALWAYS have a time period before they expire, during which you can exercise them.

If DRNK registers those warrants as publicly tradeable, the shares you would get by exercising them would also be publicly tradeable. The company always registers the warrants and underlying shares at the same time, but there could be 6 months to a year after they are issued before that registration occurs.
