Reasonable list. Please send that to IR, maybe they'll provide us clarification.

I think the offering will be used for buying the patent (obviously), possibly production/manufacturing, and maybe some more products. That $50M is what gets the big boys involved, and they will protect their investment by buying common as well. I think this is the main reason they want to get on NASD, because they know that the offering will bring the institutions to the table.

If we're a $1B company, it doesn't matter if it's on 282M shares, or 58M shares or 1B shares.
