Creative language holds very little scientific merit. It certainly doesnt make even a dent against proven studies.

Its even funnier when wildly wrong statments are made, scientificly speaking, which then serve as the entire bases of many of these arguements. I do not envy the DEM having to teach elementary level condensation and evaporation laws. Or even simpler, how DBs work, and what engines inside a building inside a container means.

Its no wonder the DEM already made clear they are only responding to certain serious inquiries.

Ok let's exam speaker 25, the lawyer I believe you refer to

Lawyers issues

1) Site concerns violating 23-18 9 placing detrimental impact on surrounding communities.

- RI-DEM reviewed the science of Medirecycler and determine it falls within the safety guidelines set forth by the State of RI.

Meaning that RI-DEM has determine the process is NOT Detrimental to the surrounding areas therefore the lawyer's argument moot.

2) Objection State planning give Great weight to area detrimental and alternative site

Again RI-DEM reviewed Medrecycler and determined it will NOT cause a Detrimental impact as emissions fall within State and Federal parameter, and there is no run off water in to public systems other than normal employee's restrooms.

In addition, the State planning board did do an alternative site review, West Warwick is the alternative site to the first sight Johnson RI

3) Not having public meeting

As stated by the head of the West Warwick planning board I believe it was the June 8 2020 meeting, the lawyers and representatives of East Greenwich were present at a the first public meeting "the notice and comment process" to raise any objections with West Warwick going forward with the process.

4) Lawyer contends that project must confomed with all land use of Local planning board. He state this has not happen.

In fact the process has been passed by the West Warwick planning board unanimously to fall within that area zoning requirements. See West Warwick planning board records

5) Erroneously states the technology is untested.

The technology pyrolysis is used world wide in many countries.

6) Questions that financial assurance should be vetted.

One individual is backing the entire project of the 17.5 million bond. That a pretty good financial assurance.

7) than the lawyer misspoke about Monarch Waste Technology and them having trouble with EPA.

He should have taken the time to check his material before speaking.

"20 years of proven technology, Not a prototype "

"Revolutionary, proven technology for the total destruction of all medical waste matter"

It certainly appears this lawyer did not do any real research into the subject matter and was just repeating hearsay.
