It’s not Karen’s. They are well thought out, articulated contentions, that appear to have a backbone as many of the attorney’s focused on the same legal points.

With the above said, my expectation would be for Snpw to transcribe the concerns raised, throw out the Karen’s, and focus on the ones that appear to have merit - the legal, environmental, the medical etc. - the significant ones. Have experts in each field address the significant concerns - they have until April 15th to submit on behalf of the facility - correct? So are they doing this and going on the offense - and so my question remains, has anyone heard of the approach Snpw will be taking to go on the offense? My understanding submittals will be accepted Until April 15th - correct? Thoughts?
