I think there is something waiting for us when we get on the NASD.

That's where the institutional whales are waiting.

RLX is trading at 28x their 2020 revenue and they weren't even profitable.

What happens if a big fund wants to add 500k shares of KAVL to their small/micro cap portfolio. What happens if people follow that funds buys/sells, what happens if multiple institutions starting taking positions in KAVL and we get analyst coverage?

We get none of this on the OTC. No one takes an OTC company seriously.
