Most people got very few shares from that first joke disbursement. But it was a good way to be sure their distribution list was accurate.

I doubt Walrath would consider that disbursement FairnReasonable since she knew all the numbers.

If there is no further disbursement she will go down as one of the most duplicitous judges in financial jurisprudence history.
