This must be the first time you have followed a SEC complaint - the Judge denied a Motion to Dismiss from Deitsch - saying the Judge is going to "throw the case out" is just pinkyland wishful thinking.
Everyone should read the court documents and it obvious that Deitsch committed fraud.
My experience indicates that the SEC has turned this over to the Justice Department for Criminal prosecution - the SEC will continue with the Civil complaint.
