Saying there is criminal charges is wishful thinking on your part.

And if you have evidence of fraud, you should let the SEC know because apparently they don't have enough to carry forward.

The judge threw out 2 things already from the sec. Experience says that almost never happens. Why does the SEC keep delaying??? What does your experience tell you there???

If the whole premise is that everything Rik tells us is a lie, it’s going to be pretty hard to believe. The fact is that the SEC has built a case against them and that’s why they are hashing it out in court. Unless you’re in that room with both sides pleading their cases, everything beyond that is your opinion which is great, because everyone is entitled to one. NPHC has been in greater communication with its investors than I have ever seen in 6 years and I dont see how that helps them if the PRs and tweets are false since they’re not selling shares. Maybe I’m missing something but looking at this from a macro scale seems better than making assumptions about some details that we don’t have.
