Bouf...Thank you for your input... I do disagree with you on your remark about the analogy of 'tainted murder evidence' as being hyperbole(i.e. too much of a stretch).
The evidence in this case WAS tainted and it resulted in the 'near murder' of Amarin.
The inability of Amarin's lawyers to not immediately recognize the disguised, tainted evidence should not be held as dispositive against Amarin in this case and justice should prevail.
