We already have the clear intent on Rhode Island DEM approval. In a letter. Issued by them. All this is more or less a formality. Karens stance is largely built on misinformed or misguided understanding of the process. Thats the DEMs job to differentiate. The arguements against the DEMs rigorous gathering of facts and science and studies are futile when based in creative fiction.
