Medi approval - reviewed (again) the public hearing (complete link below) and my opinion hasn’t changed. I think the best outcome could likely be for DEM to hit the pause button to take a much deeper dive into all the issues surrounding this facility.

. The testimonial portion was quite compelling against the Medi - both from a qualified presenter perspective and the quality of the info provided. It seemed to be a bifurcated approach whereby the focus was on the Medi facility and an equal portion to the DEM process itself.

. I see the DEM as having three options relating to the status of the Medi - and they have 90 days to make a determination. The three options being to approve the facility, to decline the facility or to possibly hit the pause button to take a much deeper dive into all the issues surrounding this facility. My opinion is that the pause button seems like a reasonable path. The downside is I don't see this as a short term process.

With respect to the good news that many believe is on the horizon, my wish would be for a financing plan to be announced. I believe SNPW has significant opportunities in front of them - and how they finance them seems to be a key parameter. I don’t believe the bonds become available until formal approval is received - correct?

Again, the above are my opinions. Guess we sit and watch how this unfolds.
