Don't be surprised if she gets EPA/DHA substituted product from Amazon. They did it to me last week.I still can't get OmegaVia Pure EPA 500.

We get it direct from OV, not Amazon.

Don’t doubt what you experienced but I have never seen such a thing. It would qualify for an immediate return/refund for the reason “item not as described”.
