Its a bit too early to jump to that conclusion. The 10K section on 'subsequent' events will let us know if they diluted into the price hike to pay off debt. If they did that that would certainly qualify as 'taking advantage' of the new interest. Bummer is based on what I saw the big dilution occurred around the 3 cent range so it wasn't as advantageous as it could of been.
