Yep. I believe you are exactly correct. SHMP said they filed and, I presume, paid the application fee, but I'd like to see proof. SHMP says a lot of things that don't always quite turn out as they were supposed to.

If you had read the PR closely you would have noticed that the PR said the initial filing had been placed with the Naz.

There are a number of steps that have to be taken before the application can be approved. The $2 per share criteria is the main one that has not yet been completed.
