Hahahaha this will for sure go down because they need to exercise the shelf offering to build out their IA facility and pay their bills. Dilution is inevitable and a must, share price will drop to .30~.40 and then they will RS to inflate their PPS
Been here for a few years now. Before the Great P&D of 2019 and through it.
SHMP "exploded" in February 2019. SHMP spewed a bunch of NaturalRedherrings to try and get lightning to strike again this year. If you account for the tremendous increase in common shares since 2019, SHMP got about the same effect last month.
Now...SHMP's gonna have to do an R/S...and still hasn't sold a single shrimp.
