It would take a yr at least ( my guess ) for the generics to appeal and the case to wind its way thru the court .
By which time the EU should have most of their higher risk ( over 60 yrs old CAD patients ) citizens vaccinated and AMRN on its way to supplying the EU with V ....

Is that true that Hikma can appeal if Du reverses and vacates the decision? What would be the basis for an appeal, and to whom would it be filed with?
