it's a fact....premiums are 50 to 100 percent for biotechs with no approved drugs. That's anavex. The only question is 50 to 100 percent of what price? $25, $50, $75, $100? That's all I'm saying.

Yees, he's mistaken. The board has a fiduciary responsibility to consider all reasonable offers, not accept them. (Though they can get sued, or provoke a proxy fight.)
