I'm sure that the lawsuit brought against the company a few years ago made the good doctor cautious.

Just wondering why he doesn’t want to offer some protection to the long term shareholders.
Just seems to me some proactive communication would provide clarity and bring more attention to the unbelievable work they have been doing here.

Some one who can read his mind can answer your Q in the affirmative.

Who knows? He must like holding those cards close to his chest, not wanting to give the competition any hint of things to come in the next few months (when it rains, it pours)even though he is putting shareholders through some uneasiness, knowing fully well that it is only a temporary phase - albeit harrowing and long - worth the reward, when it is all said and done.

Seems like a new day to have pps green, even as we forget that not too long ago pps was struggling to breach $6s. One would say that we are a spoiled bunch of late especially once SAVA made big news.

Waiting for AVXL's turn to make news and move past SAVA.

Let's see. There is the poison pill. There are multiple trials underway for multiple indications. He has presented at multiple conferences of both medical and financial types. Anavex has hired an outside PR department that is putting out tweets to generate name recognition. He has set the company up with 3 years cash to prevent financial squeezes by BP and hostile investors.

Seems like he has provided a lot of protection for long term shareholders.
Also done a lot to bring QUALITY attention to the company's work.

If BO is the works and it's hostile, all TGD needs to do is to say we received an unsolicited offer for $xB and then the stock price would move up pretty close to the bid....then we would most likely be at a price that should sustain a higher (realistic) bid.
