I would have found PHIL anyway, but it's true that I found PHIL first from you. If the buyback happens, it could hit dollars. But don't pump it, the PPS needs to stay low for that Buyback to happen. Just let the risks be highlighted for now, IMO. I'm not going all in, but I am holding, and I'll add on deep dips!
