Just let me clarify - Tom Ichim's form 4 is for shares HE gifted to someone - he did not receive a gift. His previous form showed 162,000,000 and he now has 157,000,000. Nice guy to give such a gift. Those shares won't be able to enter the market for 6 months minimum.
