That is really what has always been lacking here. Reason why the demise of Susman was critical imho. It Let the Wolf be allowed.to be in control of the henhouse with NO oversight or monitoring allowed.
Unfortunately, I don't think anyone on this board can answer this. There is a lot of information and DD posted but not this. The CEO and Board gets a boat load of $$ but we sit waiting for somebody somewhere to make a decision to start payment to escrow. My opinion ... "This makes no sense". If there is $$ for escrow then why haven't we heard anything from the people or persons who know.
