No question residential is through the roof here in FL. But to be honest man...we have people flocking here from EVERYWHERE. I Thought it was high 2 years ago and now it seems we have taken it to another level. 2 of my rentals that I bought in 2013 for 250 and 300k are now selling for 700k.
