Bud, things are going to be real bad for most real soon. I sold a lot of my portfolio months ago. Industrial will be fine but office and retail will get hit bad.

Residential will definitely go down. It's completley propped up just like the stock market. It's all fake, held up by toothpicks. They are going to snap. I believe I read that 19% of S&P are zombie companies that won't survive. All this money printing is insane, people don't even know what's coming.

I'm waiting and then will grab up some good deals. I want to get a super luxurious office once the big corps leave, owners won't have a choice but to sell.
