Call me the devil's advocate

If the o/s is +150 million and the a/s is 200 million, and in the last month, 40 million or so were issued, theoretically we could be maxed out as soon as today

The lower the price, the more stock that has to be issued to have the same $$ effect

I don't think I am confused, but have much experience with seeing red flags
