Jerry, please read the thread prior to my post.

I was only pointing out that it is one of the requirements for being able to use the NASDAQ $3 (or $2) exceptions to the normal $4.

I complete agree with your post other than that.

Though I would add that the TLCF is not the same as the accumulated deficit.

Frankly compared to what BP has said it costs them to bring a drug through the clinical process, NWBO has done this at bargain basement prices, and managed to create DCVax-Direct and put it through the Phase 1/2 Trials as well. It's been many years since I've heard what BP was claiming it cost them, but it was over $2 billion then as I remember it.

Sadly, I believe most of the great drugs have had their genesis at tiny biotech's and research institutions, not at BP's themselves. I was amazed at the list of commercial drugs that had their genesis at City of Hope where I've been treated. I've met a few people by shear chance of having an appointment the same day who's lives were saved by personalized drugs created at COH.

I don't doubt that we may eventually be bought out by BP, I'd really prefer we partner with one of them and grow somewhat independently, but believe that something will happen, and probably happen before the end of this year.

I believe that whether it's a buyout, or a partnership, L.P. will only take an offer that equates to at least $20 a share. Time will tell what happens, but if in fact our vaccines do work on multiple cancers, a buyout for $30 billion would be a tremendous bargain. If independent, once validated for multiple cancers the stock price should go into triple digits.
