Shoot I was way off base about how long a patent examine has to respond to a Request for Continued Examination (RCE). I thought it was similar to the required response time for a non-final action but it resets the examiner's clock completely. So we won't be hearing about the MG patent for anywhere from a few months to more likely a year or more from now. So given they said they could start delivering the first half that can't be what is holding them up. Of course I'm assuming they are not misleading us...could be a bad assumption to make. But given Verdewatts is involved and that company has an established, respected reputation to protect I think that CoolTech is not going to stretch the truth as that could risk their partnership.
I sure hope this doesn't play out exactly like the letter to shareholders last year. Big talk about soon to be revenue and then not a peep for a year.
