Eddie actually "authorized" another 10 billion with the Secretary of State shares back in February. They just aren't being reported by OTC because he apparently refuses to inform his T/A. Why increase the A/S if you don't intend to issue them? Maybe he intends to eliminate the increase and spin it as a "reduction"?

He pulled the same stunt in reverse with sister-ticker PB*HG. He issued multiple PR's a year ago announcing a reduction in the A/S from 11 billion to 5. He ordered the change with the SOS but OTC still reports 11.

He also announced a forthcoming reduction in the O/S of 1.2 billion. In reality, he awarded himself 1.2 billion which blew up the O/S
